1. Sous Chef/ Junior Sous Chef/ Patissier

(minimum requirement 5 years of experience in Pastry department specialized in Cake Decoration or 4-5 star hotel working experience or cake factory)

(Salary range from RM2800 to RM4500 depending skill set)

  • knowledge in cream cake, fondant cake, butter cakes, petit gateaux, chocolate tempering and production, four sec- cookies is essential. 
  • advantage will be given to candidates who posses knowledge in wagashi, mochi, macaron, bread & castella. 
  • flexible and able to work with rotation menu under pressure. 
  • able to handle premium ingredients with good knowledge in terms of receiving QC,storage and handling.
  • good knife skills and handwriting is an advantage.
  • able to plan inventory & poses leadership qualities to lead a team while conducting morning briefings, quality control and able to report to the head chef accordingly.
  • able to create duty roster for the team and follow up on duties done.
  • graduated with education in relevant culinary fields/pastry diploma or worked from rank to file with relevant skills & good track record/ recommendation letter


2. Pastry Commis / Junior Chef de Partie

(Salary range from RM1600 to RM2500 depending skill set)

  • 2 - 5 years experience in a cake shop setting/ hotel / cake factory
  • able to take instruction from Sous Chef and lead interns
  • have good understanding of ingredients - storage & handling
  • able to bake sponge / butter cake base / muffin production is an added advantage
  • production of Jaconde sponge / Dacoise / Chiffon will be given advantage
  • graduate from culinary institution or relevant experience / strong reference letter with good working track record
  • able to set up daily retail showcase by store opening hour is required.




3. Internship (paid internship) *all year round 6 - 9 months

  • no experience required, fresh graduates encouraged to apply.
  • relevant education from teknik/vokasional/SPM schools or culinary schools accepted.
  • Certificate de Stage / Completion of Internship certificate will be given to successful candidates who complete her internship in full
  • Posses own transport 


4. Customer service *part time basis / permanent part time 

  • any age, >15 years old with parent consent letter for work experience/school related industry training is welcomed
  • packing cakes for customer and greeting customer 
  • basic cashier skills and good manners
  • polite and patient towards customers
  • willing to learn about baking and have interest about cake making
  • able to answer the telephone

  • able to do basic washing/ cleaning. 
  • have self discipline and good character.
  • be punctual for work.
  • basic customer service stand in / order taking is required.
  • ability to speak Malay, English is a must. Chinese, Japanese, Korean is an added advantage.
