Storage

All products are made in small batches, fresh and without added preservatives or shelf life extension additives therefore this is a guide for storage and shelf life. 

Cream cakes

  • must be kept refrigerated and best consumed 3 days from purchase date or earlier if possible
  • refrigeration temperature should ideally be between 0 - 5ºC. 

Santan based cakes

  • must be kept refrigerated and best consumed 2 days from purchase date or earlier if possible

Bakery items (such as butter cake based & muffins etc.)

  • can be kept in ambient temperature & covered an best to be consumed 4 days from purchase date or earlier. 
  • for longer storage, the products can be wrapped well, placed into air tight bag or container and frozen up o 2 weeks properly and reheated.

Desserts (such as creme caramel)

  • must be kept chilled and best consumed 4 days from purchase date or earlier

Bread 

  • can be kept in ambient temperature & covered an best to be consumed 3 days from purchase date or earlier (depending on if the bread contains filling or not as fillings can shorten the shelf life)
  • for longer storage, the products can be wrapped well, placed into air tight bag or container and frozen up o 2 weeks properly and reheated.

Please take note that, we are in a tropical country and therefore when cakes are in transit, it would be best to minimize travel time and plan your route a head of time bringing along a cool bag with ice packs to pick up the cake. If a cake has melted in transit, it is almost irreversible and would be considered contaminated. 

Please take note that it is possible sometimes our cakes/ certain cakes that are more sensitive are fully chilled to the core to facilitate and extend travel time.

It is advisable to always keep the products covered and not exposed in its ideal storage environment as it might dry out the product easily or exposed products may absorb other odors that may affect the taste and quality of the product. 

Please exercise self precaution and self evaluation before consumptions especially if the product was not kept in its optimum storage as advised or passed it's recommenced best before.
